1992: Campbell Apiaries began as a hobby. Invited to the Charleston,Il. Farmers Market and began selling to local stores and restaurants. The Charleston Farmers Market was later dropped. About 1996: Acquired a location at Market in the Square, Urbana,IL.
This included a wholesale route for several coffee shops, restaurants, health food stores and grocery store chains in the East Central Illinois area. Around 2010, most of the wholesale business began being phased out to concentrate on Market at the Square and Market in the Square. 2019: Invited to participate at Riggs Christmas Market, Urbana, IL. 2020: Left Market at the Square and Market in the Square due to Covid-19 precautions. 2020: Continue to deliver custom orders in the Charleston and Champaign-Urbana area. 2021: Continue at Riggs Christmas Market
